A woman was seriously injured in a house fire in north San Angelo last night. The fire broke out around 7 o'clock. Firefighters extinguished the blaze in the the 400 block of East 24th and found a woman unresponsive and not breathing at the scene. She was reportedly was resuscitated by EMTs and transported to Shannon Medical Center. The cause of the blaze is unknown; the fire marshals office is investigating.
