Aggravated assault arrest

San Angelo Police were called to the 600 block of Koberlin Street Tuesday evening to investigate a report of shots fired. Officers arrived to find two men in the driveway of a residence and they appeared to have been struggling. The incident allegedly started as a verbal argument and led to one othe men pulling out a handgun from his waistband area. A brief struggle ensued and the handgun was reported to have been fired two times in the direction of the victim. The shots missed the victim and no others were injured as a result of this incident. The suspect was identified as 36-year-old Carlos Rosales of San Angelo. Rosales was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and transported to the Tom Green County Jail without incident.
