Angelo State University has chosen an alumnus to deliver the commencement address during fall graduation ceremonies. A. Mario Castillo is founder and president of The Aegis Group in Washington, D.C., a prominent government lobbying and public relations firm. Castillo will address graduates of the Colleges of Education and Health and Human Services at 10 AM and grads of the Colleges of Arts and Sciences and Business at 2 PM. That will be on Saturday, December 15th, in the Junell Center/Stephens Arena.
