The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. A freeze warning remains in effect this morning for the northern Edwards plateau and Northwest Hill Country, where a hard freeze has not been experienced this fall. Temperatures will climb above freezing by mid-morning.
