Wall ISD in Tom Green County has been selected as a 10-thousand dollar winner in the Monsanto Fund’s America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education. The program gives farmers the opportunity to nominate their public school district to apply for a merit-based grant to enhance math and science education. After a three tier grant review process, Wall ISD was selected as one of 9 winners in Texas. A check presentation will take place Friday morning at Wall High School.
