On Tuesday morning, a San Angelo police officer observed a red Honda Civic weaving in and out of traffic as it traveled on Beauregard. He followed the vehicle which was occupied by three men to the parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy on West Beauregard. A check of the license plate which showed the vehicle was reported stolen from Paint Rock Road one year ago. The three men who had been in the car were located inside the store and taken into custody without incident. 21-year-old Justin Westerman of San Angelo was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. 18-year-old Jimmie Hageman of San Angelo was arrested for outstanding City Warrants. The third man was identified and released at the scene.
