Early Wednesday morning, a San Angelo police officer, patrolling the area of the Municipal Pool on East Avenue A, noticed lights on inside the building. A security check turned up a 15-year-old boy and and a 15-year-old girl inside and it turned out that they had forced entry and caused extensive damage, which was estimated at a thousand dollars. Both juveniles were arrested for Burglary of a Building and transported to the Tom Green County Juvenile Justice Center. The male was also charged for kicking an officer during the course of the investigation.
