The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. A strong upper level storm system will move into the area this afternoon, producing severe thunderstorms, possibly with large hail, damaging winds and dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning. In addition, much drier conditions and gusty winds will create the potential for dangerous fire weather conditions.
