The old cattle barn at the Coliseum fairgrounds is about to become history. San Angelo city council voted Tuesday to approve the demolition of the Qualtrust building and cattle barn. That will happen at the end of April. Then, construction will begin on a new 32-thousand square foot livestock barn on the same site. In other action, the council voted to rename the original library building across from city hall "The Community Development Building."
