Because of the voting rights act, the city of San Angelo and Tom Green County are required to come up with new redistricting plans every 10 years, after the Census is taken. The latest city and county plans have been pre-cleared by the U.S. Department of Justice and that could mean some residents are now in different districts of voting precincts. You can take a look at the city's new map at SanAngelo-Texas-Dot-Org or get county information when new voter registration cards are sent out.
