Folks in the Concho Valley can expect improved storm warnings, thanks to upgrades about to take place at the National Weather Service in San Angelo. The Doppler Radar will be equipped with new duel-polarimetric technology designed to assist meteorologists as they issue weather warnings. The radar will be taken down for about two weeks to allow for the installation beginning April 2nd.
