Water--or the lack of it--was the topic at a meeting in San Angelo Thursday of the State Dought Preparedness Council. The council advises the governor on drought-related issues and how to best use available resources. Robert Lee and other Concho Valley communities continue to deal with water problems, including dry wells. The meeting also included a tour of the E.V. Spence and O.C. Fisher reservoirs.
