The Concho Valley is once again under a lake wind advisory. It's in effect until five o'clock this aternoon. The National Weather Service at San Angelo is forecasting south winds of 20 to 30 miles an hour, busting to 40 miles an hour at times. Winds will cause a rough chop on area lakes; small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
