A San Angelo murder suspect was reportedly released on 250-thousand dollars bond Tuesday. 53-year-old Robert Wayne Bain is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death last Friday night of Steve J. Gutierrez at a residence on East 25th Street. Authorities say Bain and his wife had been having marital problems and, just before the shooting, Bain found Gutierrez helping his wife pack up to leave their home.
