The National Weather Service at San Angelo has placed the Concho Valley under a a hazardous weather outlook. There's a chance of severe thunderstorms today and tonight, mainly east of a line from Sonora to San Angelo to Rochester. Damaging winds and isolated tornadoes along with locally heavy rainfall are possible.
