Should advertising be allowed at the Santa Fe golf course? The San Angelo planning commission heard Monday from residents who oppose a zoning change that would allow ads on windscreens, boulders and monuments. Those who run the golf course say the recent drought and an increase in water rates has left them looking for ways to create additional revenue. The planning commission will take up the issue again at its April meeting.
