Ticket holders in Texas and 41 other states plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Airlines are anxiously awaiting tomorrow night's Mega Millions drawing: the jackpot is now at a world record 500-million dollars. It is payable in 26 annual payments or a one-time lump sum of more than 359-million dollars.
