A murder trial has been scheduled in Colorado for a San Angelo-area man. Frederick Mueller is accused of killing his wife, Leslie Mueller, four years ago. A judge on Wednesday set a trial date of September 17th. During the hearing, Mueller's attorney said he would file a motion to have the trial moved out of Hinsdale County, Colorado.
