The city of San Angelo reminds you to mark your calendar: later this month, Fort Concho will celebrate the black troops who served there on Buffalo Soldier Heritage Day. The event will feature history and music and will take place February 24th from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. in the Fort's commissary.
