More than 75 citizens attended a public forum at the McNease Convention Center last night to share their views on San Angelo's highest-priority capital needs. A second forum will be next Tuesday evening at six 6 at Lincoln Middle School. The public input will aid the City Council in determining which projects should be included in the 2013 to 2018 Capital Improvement Plan.
