San Angelo residents are invited to share their thoughts as to what should be the City's capital improvement priorities during a pair of public forums this week and next. City staff is preparing the 2013 to 2018 Capital Improvement Plan, which prioritizes the addressing of large capital needs. Each forum will begin at 6 p.m. The first forum will be this Thursday at the McNease Convention Center, 500 Rio Concho Drive. The second forum is next Tuesday at Lincoln Middle School, 255 Lake View Heroes Drive.
