This Friday, San Angelo Police will host an awards presentation for the Fall D.R.E.A.M. Essay Contest Winners. D.R.E.A.M. is the Drug Resistance Education and Mentoring Program was developed by the Police Department to address local needs and concerns affecting the youth in our community. The Essay winners are first place, Jackson Free from Bonham Elementary; second place, Jovonna Albert from Austin Elementary and, third place, Christopher Reyna from Bonham Elementary.
