A retired U.S. Ambassador who witnessed the horrors of genocide in Rwanda will be the featured speaker for Angelo State University's Foreign Affairs Speakers Program next week. Robert E. Gribbin will present "Where is Africa Going?" on Monday at 1 p.m. He will then speak on "Conflict and Terrorism in Africa" at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Both presentations will be in the C.J. Davidson Conference Center in the ASU Houston Harte University Center, on Rosemont Drive, and are open free to the public.
