Early Friday morning, San Angelo Police responded to the Tuscany Apartment Complex located on South Jackson St. in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. When officers arrived, they found the reported vehicle, a 2013 Ford Expedition, occupied by two men. They also detected the odor of marijuana coming from the driver and vehicle and saw a substance resembling marijuana inside the vehicle. The later found about two pounds of pot inside the vehicle. The driver, 46-year-old Raul Saucedo of San Angelo, and his passenger, 24-year-old Leopoldo Navarez, were arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
