The burn ban in Tom Green County is back. On Tuesday, county commissioners authorized restrictions on outdoor burning for the next 90 days. City of San Angelo Fire Marshal Ross Coleman is asking residents in unincorporated areas not to conduct outdoor burning because of high winds and low humidity, which dramatically increases the danger of wildfires. Outdoor burning inside the city limits of San Angelo is prohibited.
