The Friends of the Porter Henderson Library and West Texas Collection at Angelo State University will host a book signing this week for a San Angelo author. Gerron Hite wrote and compiled photos for the book, San Angelo: 1950s and Beyond. Hite will discuss his research and sign books, beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday in the West Texas Collection Gallery on the second floor of the Houston Harte University Center on Rosemont Drive.
