Last Saturday, San Angelo police found a man suspected in the burglary earlier that day of a GPS device from a vehicle at a 7-Eleven on West Beauregard. The suspect was across the street at the El Patio Motel, where an employee said her purse was missing. Officers say both missing items were found when they went to the room of 37-year-old James A. Riddle of San Angelo. Also in the room was 29-year-old Contessa Horton of San Angelo. Both were arrested on various charges and outstanding warrants. Police say further investigation indicated that Riddle had burglarized at least four other vehicles.
