Two more candidates have filed their candidacies for a pair of San Angelo City Council seats on the May 11th ballot. Robert Banskter Senior is the second candidate to file for the Single-Member District 1 seat. Barbara Pratt is the first candidate to file for the Single-Member District 5 seat. Both seats have unexpired one-year terms, which will be filled during a special election held concurrently with the regular election. The final day to file for a place on the ballot is March 1st for mayor and SMDs 2, 4 and 6, and March 11th for SMD 1 and 5.
