The second of two public forums on San Angelo's Capital Improvement Plan will be held tonight. City staff is gathering public input on the proposed 2013-18 Capital Improvement Plan, which prioritizes the addressing of large capital needs. Street, water, drainage and park projects are included along with the current renovation of San Angelo Regional Airport’s terminal and planned improvements at City Auditorium. The forum gets underway at 6 p.m. at Lincoln Middle School, 255 Lake View Heroes Drive.
