Early Sunday morning, San Angelo Police were called to the Nueva Vista Apartment complex on North Lillie, for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, police located the suspect and two shooting victims, who all knew each other, inside an apartment. The suspect, identified as 39-year-old Elias Bihl of San Angelo, was immediately taken into custody without incident. The shooting victims, a 26 year-old male and 32 year-old male, were transported to Shannon Medical Center and reported in stable condition. Bihl is charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
