Some 50 people turned out at Lincoln Middle School last night for the second of two public forums on San Angelo's Capital Improvement Plan. City staff is gathering public input on the proposed 2013-18 Plan, which prioritizes the addressing of large capital needs. Street, water, drainage and park projects are included along with the current renovation of San Angelo Regional Airport's terminal and planned improvements at City Auditorium.
