In recognition of February as Black History Month, Angelo State University's Multicultural Center will host a Black History Celebration this week. The celebration will run from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday in the lobby of the Houston Harte University Center and is open free to the public. Activities will celebrate the African-American influence in the arts, and will include poetry readings, music and an art display.
