The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Elevated fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon, especially south of a line from Robert E. Lee to Eden to Mason. That's due to a combination of gusty winds, above-normal termperatures and dry air.
