Portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley, are under a hazardous weather outlook. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says strong storms are expected tonight into tomorrow morning. A few might reach severe levels, producing large hail, damaging winds and dangerous cloud to ground lightning. And elevated fire weather conditions are expected tomorrow because the the combination of gusty winds, warm temperatures and relative humidity values below 20 percent.
