The impact of increased oilfield activity on roadways, West Texas' rail system and higher education will be among the topics discussed by members of the Ports-to-Plains Alliance at a Southern Work Group Task Force meeting today in San Angelo. The public and the local business community will have an opportunity to learn about the Ports-to-Plains initiative and to participate in discussions at an open session at Angelo State University's LeGrand Alumni Center on University Avenue. The city says registration has ended; they have a full house.
