A call from an alert citizen helped San Angelo Police make three burglary arrests on Tuesday evening. The citizen said he saw three male juveniles taking things from a storage unit at the Pack Rack storage facility on Millspaugh Street. Minutes later, officers caught the suspects just a few blocks away. The boys, ages 16, 12 and 11, were arrested and transported to the Tom Green County Juvenile Justice Center.
