First female lieutenant retires

This Friday, members of the San Angelo Police Department will gather to honor and say goodbye to the department's first-ever first female lieutenant. The retirement ceremony for Lieutenant Rhonda Mida will be held on the steps of the police department, 401 East Beauregard, at 10 AM and is open to the public. Lieutenant Mida began her career with the SAPD on February 2nd, 1989, and leaves the department after twenty-two years and three months of service.
