The San Angelo Police Department Pistol Team recently competed in the National Police Shooting Competition held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Over 400 officers from across the nation competed as well as police from Germany and Venezuela. The SAPD team won a total of 23 trophies, including 2nd place in the 4-Man team revolver class and 2nd place in the 4-Man team service pistol class.
