Seventeen finalists will vie for five awards at the San Angelo Development Forum tomorrow night. In its sixth year, the forum honors outstanding achievements in economic and community development. The event will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at City Hall on West College Avenue. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited. The Development Forum will also feature an update of City projects by new City Manager Daniel Valenzuela.
