A woman was arrested on drug charges Sunday evening after a report of a fight in progress in north San Angelo. Police responding to the 200 block of West 17th Street observed a vehicle attempting to leave the area and contact was made with the driver and passenger. During the contact, an officer observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle and a search turned up marijuana and cocaine. The driver, Sharon Garrett of San Angelo, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The passenger was released at the scene. The reported fight was never located.
