Return to drought level 1

The City of San Angelo, under Drought Level Three for the past week, is back to Drought Level One as of today. The City Council approved a resolution returning to Drought Level One on Friday after getting a report from Water Utilities Director Will Wilde that recent rains had replenished San Angelo's water supply. It had dropped below one year, but is now at 22 months. Under Drought Level One, residents can water lawns twice a week between 6 PM and noon through the end of the month. After that, outside watering will only be allowed once every two weeks.
