In response to Governor Rick Perry's challenge for colleges to create bachelor's degree programs that cost no more than 10-thousand dollars, Angelo State University has developed a plan to do just that. The governor was on hand at ASU as the school announced that qualifying students will be able to earn a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies for 10-thousand dollars, beginning in the fall of 2013.
