San Angelo police found narcotics after locating a wanted suspect in a vehicle on the north side of the city on Thursday. 42-year-old Rojelio Ortegawas found in the parking lot of the Joy Store located in the 2200 block of North Chadbourne. Ortega was wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. After he was taken into custody, officers located a half-pount of marijuana and a gram of methamphetamine. One of the vehicle’s occupants, 23-year-old Kali Lord of San Angelo was also found to be in possession of Lortab.
