A new scholarship to be offered by Angelo State University will provide a full ride to cover the cost of college education for a select group of high school seniors. Starting in the fall of 2013, five academically-superior students will be chosen for the new Carr Distinguished Scholarship. Each student will receive 60-thousand dollars over four years.
