Watering restrictions

Be aware that on Thursday, November 1st, new watering restrictions go into effect for the city of San Angelo. Right now, twice-a-week watering is allowed, but under Drought Level One, that will change in two days to a maximum of watering once every two weeks. That's because, during the fall and winter, vegetation needs less water. That watering is allowed any time of day between November 1st and March 31st. Drought Level One also calls for surcharges of two dollars per one-thousand gallons once a customer goes over 25-thousand gallons.
