San Angelo’s City Hall celebrates a grand reopening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. next Thursday, October 18th as the recent 11-million dollar renovation of the 84-year-old edifice is formally unveiled for the public. The event will coincide with downtown’s monthly Artwalk. The event will include self-guided tours of City Hall and the neighboring Community Development Building, a welcome by Mayor Alvin New, and a keynote address by City Councilman Fredd Adams.
