A man featured as San Angelo's Most Wanted in August has been arrested. 42-year-old Rojelio Ray Ortega had been sought for failing to register as a sex offender. Ortega was picked up in Eastland on September 20th for possession of a controlled substance and for being a felon in possession of a firearm, plus the Tom Green County warrant for sex offender absconding. He was released on a 60-thousand dollar bond.
