City drought meeting

Last week, the water supply in San Angelo's lakes was down to less than a year and the city council approved Drought Level Three watering restrictions. But the weekend rainfall changed all that. The lakes are back up to a water supply of 18 months to two years and now the city council will consider dropping back to the less-stringent Drought Level One. The council has scheduled a meeting for 9 o'clock this morning at the McNease Convention Center on Rio Concho Drive.
