The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a freeze watch for tomorrow morning for portions of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley. The watch will be in effect from 5 AM to 10 AM tomorrow. Clearing skies could allow temperatures to drop as low as 31 to 34 degrees. Although temperatures might only briefly reach the freezing point, there is still a threat to sensitive vegetation that's left outside and uncovered.
