San Angelo police arrested a thirteen year old juvenile for stealing a car Friday night. Officers stopped a vehicle near College and Chadbourne, minutes after it was stolen from the 2900 block of San Antonio Street. The juvenile was the only occupant of the vehicle, which was returned to its owner who, it turns out, had left the vehicle running and unlocked as he went into a residence to retrieve some items. He returned to see his vehicle being driven away.
